Providence Realty Group, LLC represents what we see as the evolution of real estate: the real-estate consulting firm. The perspective of a seasoned North Carolina real-estate attorney sits alongside experienced brokerage representation, and together they raise the standard of the representation you receive.
PRG is deliberately small. You are represented by experienced problem-solvers and negotiators rather than a volume sales operation — direct communication, judgment applied to the details, and accountability that stays with the same experienced team from first showing to closing table.
Leadership
Jeffrey D. Zdenek
Jeffrey D. Zdenek — Real Estate Attorney, Broker-in-Charge
Jeff graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996 and moved to Apex, North Carolina, where he founded Zdenek Law Firm, P.A. His practice has focused for decades on real-estate transactions and the complexities that come with them — title questions, easements, surveys, contract disputes, and closings that require someone to look past the standard forms.
After selling his real-estate law practice in December 2022, Jeff shifted more of his work toward real-estate ownership and operations — expanding short-term, mid-term and long-term rentals in North Carolina and Virginia, owning a mobile-home park for three years through its sale in March 2026, developing Belle Terre Retreats near Smith Mountain Lake, managing mid-term rentals for clients, and continuing freelance legal work — while serving as Broker-in-Charge of Providence Realty Group.

Jennie Zdenek
Jennie Zdenek — Broker, Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS)
Jennie brings over 25 years across real estate: brokerage, paralegal work, investing and property management, and a long record of closings and transaction coordination. That combination is unusual — she has sat on nearly every side of a residential transaction.
Clients describe her as responsive, thorough and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She is an experienced negotiator and a practical problem solver, which matters most in the weeks when a transaction becomes complicated.

Zoe Breault
Zoe Breault — Associate Broker
Though newer to real estate, Zoe brings meaningful experience, practical insight and a strong commitment to client care. Raised in a construction family and actively involved in supporting her husband’s general contracting business, she brings valuable perspective on the construction process, including permit coordination, client communication and project support.
Patient, detail-oriented and highly communicative, Zoe especially values helping clients through life’s important transitions — from a first home to a better fit for a growing family or a goal years in the making — with a process that feels clear, comfortable and well supported.
